As a layman, I am wondering about the recent stories of nuclear technology! Stories inside stories (facts) !!

When we look back, there were those days when nuclear-developed nations asking others to sign-off a Nuclear non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). I don’t know exactly how many countries in the world signed it and those who did not. When the debate was so strong in the international level that some form of threatening (diplomatic / economic or other means) was also there towards those who were not willing to sign-off NPT.

Recent finding of International Atomic Energy Agency and some other self-declared watchdogs of world order led to confessions and self-declaration by some individuals and their respective nations.

If we read together the series of events, it is not much difficult to find the link between (1) those who received this dangerous technology for its worst usage than good ones (2) their suppliers and (3) those who were watching all these transactions from behind using their spy networks on earth and outer space!

Start it from the top: the self-declared super power and super-police in the world have acknowledged that their world famous (or infamous) intelligence agency was tracking down these developments from scratch till it was pointed out with evidences by IAEA. What a brilliant follow-up and a really polite watchman!! The same powers, we have seen, struggling to deal with so called axis-of-evil nations. And trying all their way to induct such fantastic words to every dictionary in various languages across the world. Why those super intelligent agencies were waiting for all the time since the technology was stolen by some foul players and later on distributing to those who were keen to develop it, over a period of several decades? Why did they allow those suppliers to carry out such transfers so smoothly?

Did, those who were trying to get NPT signed by other nations, anything to reduce own stock-pile of what they possess? In fact, they may be quiet busy in search of new destinations to test what they have already developed and are being improved for more destructive and striking warheads. In that view, it may be their hidden propaganda to allow a couple of more nations to acquire it and then start action against them, keeping up own supremacy intact all over the world. And hence those agencies may have been keeping their follow-up undisclosed for decades, if they were aware of it from the very beginning as they admit themselves.

Secondly, the distributors: It is quite interesting that those who developed and distributed nuclear technology, got it stolen from some other sources! More interestingly, they are admitting that these are all their internal matters, either the individuals or their governments and nothing to do with other nations in the world. Those who are bound to cease such activities without delay are also ready to support the above stance and even admire those admissions!! If it was the case, why did they raise the axe of NPT? For what/whom were those code of conducts were trying to get implemented. In that way, anybody could sign that treaty and carry on their activities as desired and then acknowledge that it is all their internal matter only.

May be this is another way of establishing democracy all over the world!

Finally, the recipients: It is quite evident that several customers benefited from those deals and started experimenting with it the same way their predecessors did. None of those recipients have admitted that they got it from gray market or it is a share of that stolen piece from the accused distributors. Usually, thieves will never admit that they did it wrong. Same way, those who received/bought their share of stolen articles will ever admit that they are in possession of it?

So who is the culprit? Or who should be punished of? All depends on which world order your nation belongs to. There may be two different orders at the same time. Your country’s place may be determined by not only the good things you did, but the bad ones. And that order can be changed any time depending on the will of those who take the measurements! Or in terms of the number of slaves your country can export to Guantanamo factory!?
