Second most important thing about Dubai is the peaceful and harmonious life people of Dubai and its expatriate community enjoy combined with the availability of most modern amenities. Dubai is a true cosmopolitan city with people from more than hundred countries living and working.

Indian Community.

To talk about the life in Dubai; let us talk about the Indian community. Dubai has people from all parts of India. However larger section is definitely from Kerala. In fact the very economy of Kerala is said to depend a lot upon valuable foreign exchange from Keralites in the Gulf.

Although the Govt. of Kerala does not take care of the expatriates in the Gulf, some steps like budget airline is a small reprieve. Airline charge reduction has been a long standing demand of the expatriates.
