Another political controversy has emerged in Kerala.
Minister P.J. Joseph has allegedly harassed a woman
co-passenger on-board when traveling by Kingfisher airlines.
Many of the opposition
parties have stood against him for continuing as a minister
during the inquiry. The chief minister V.S. Achuthanandan has
ordered I.G. B. Sandhya to probe into the matter.
The complainant is a
Chennai based lady who had been a news reader with a Malayalam
channel. The incident occurred on August 03 and her husband
filed a complaint later. In the complaint a VIP has been mentioned.
In the preliminary inquiry, airline officials disclosed that
minister had traveled in the same airlines on the day.
On board, the VIP touched
her and tried to harass sexually, husband of the lady
complained. Earlier P.J. Joseph had to face allegations on
Mythri housing loans and some other projects. While the
opposition parties have been campaigning against him, they
have got another weapon to attack him.
