Distribution of Hall tickets : The distribution of hall tickets for the Calicut University’s second semester examinations of MA / MSc / MCom / MSW courses will begin from August 29. The examinations are scheduled to begin on August 31.

Students of School of Distance Education (SDE) who have applied for the following centres should collect hall tickets from the corresponding centres given in the brackets.

Sir Syed College, Talipparamba (SN College, Kannur), SN College Kanhangad (Government College, Kasargod) and SN College, Ottappalam (Victoria College, Palakkad).

Hall tickets will be distributed from Victoria College for students having registration numbers from OTA-EDMC 101-353).

The first and second semester MCom : The first and second semester MCom examinations of the School of Distance Education of the Calicut University will be held on September 22 and August 31, respectively.

Second semester LLB : The second semester LLB (three-year/five-year) examinations of Calicut University will begin on September 6 and 26, respectively. LLM (previous) examinations of the university will begin on September 6.

BA / BSc / BCom examinations : The re-examinations of part-III subjects of BA / BSc / BCom (2001-2003) will be held at the University Pareeksha Bhavan from September 7 onwards.

Physics Department seminar : The Physics Department of the Calicut University will organise a two-day international seminar on ‘Modern Approaches in Material Science’ from August 29. The seminar is being organised in connection with the retirement of former head of the department Prof. K. Neelakandan. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Syed Iqbal Hasnain will inaugurate the seminar at the university senate hall.
