Italian Government scholarship
The Italian Government has invited applications from Indians
for one-year scholarships in various subjects such as
Economics, Interior Design, Cultural Heritage and
Restoration, Fashion Technology, Biotechnology, Information
and Communication Technology and Micro Electronics.
Details can be collected from

College Development Council, Calicut University.
Applications, with relevant documents, should reach the
council office on July 22.
UGC research ventures
The University Grants Commission has invited applications
for research ventures, as part of a MoU signed between India
and Myanmar. The MoU has also envisaged exchange of research
ventures, as part of a MoU signed between India and Myanmar.
The MoU has also envisaged exchange of research papers,
publications and data between the two countries, apart from
mutual exchange of research scholars.
Details, including the subjects identified for the joint
research projects, are available with the College
Development Council of Calicut University. Applications
should reach the Director, College Development Council,
Calicut University, on or before July 24.
CU BTech examinations
The BTech (fourth and seventh semester) exams of Calicut
University will begin on August 5.
MCA
The last date to apply for MCA (fifth semester exam) is July
23.
BSc Computer Application
The practical exam of BSc Computer Application (second
year-subsidiary) will begin on August 2.
MPED results
The results of MPED (first and second semesters) exams have
been published. The last date to apply for
revaluation/scrutiny is July 23.
