Self -financing BEd : The
Calicut university has invited application for self
financing Bed course 06-07 at its various teacher
education centres.

2006
Eligibility:
Three year BA / BSc or
equivalent degree with 45p.c marks in main subject.
Qualified liberalized
BA; BSc degree holders can also apply.
The basic qualification
for Commerce Bed is MCom with 50 p.c marks.
Minimum degree is
required for SC / ST and Lakshadweep residents.
3 p.c mark is reduced
for OBC AND OEC CATEGORIES.
50p.c marks required for
M.Sc / MCA degree holders to apply for Computer Science B.Ed.
Application forms can be
had directly from BEd centers with a chalan of Rs 50 paid
in favour of university account. Those who want application
by post should send a self addressed stamped cover for rs.15
addressed to the director of the center of your choice.
Application forms can be downloaded from the wewbsite
www.universityofcalicut.info. But the applicant who are
using the downloaded form should send a chalan of Rs.50
along with the application.
