INTRODUCTION 

I was born and educated in Pretoria, South Africa. After completing my school career I was drafted for National Service into the South African Defence Force (SA Navy). 

Upon completion of my National Service I joined Armscor (Aircraft Division), a Semi Government organisation charged with arms procurement for the Defence Force. I soon felt the need to work in the Private Sector and joined BMW (SA) where I was appointed as Sales Promotion Consultant. I thoroughly enjoyed the work environment and was awarded performance bonuses for two consecutive years.  

After five years as Head of Field Services for the Bureau for the prevention of Blindness I got married and we decided to move from Pretoria to Jeffreys Bay - Eastern Cape. During this time I became an Estate Agent and still enjoy the “thrill” of a sale!   

I have two children. My daughter has completed her school career and my son is in Grade 8. My daughter will be attending University from 2008.  

My strategy is to obtain employment within the property industry. The secondary aim is for my wife and son to join me as soon as possible. My wife is an Optometrist. My son is currently in grade 8. Our ultimate aim is to work within the UAE until retirement.

January 2006 - Present: 

Summer Sun Port Elizabeth (own business). 

Own licensing rights for the Eastern Cape (SA) to a Gel Ethanol Fuel product which is being used as an alternative renewable domestic energy source. Legislation in order to stop the use of paraffin as domestic fuel in SA will only come into effect during 2012. 

January 2000 – December 2005:

Selling of Residential properties in all categories as well as some businesses and commercial properties.
Agent of the year 2004.
Runner-Up Agent of the year 2003, 2005.
Completed several training courses related to property industry. 

April 1992 – December 1999

Selling of Residential and commercial properties. Also holiday and permanent rentals. Owner of business discontinued AIDA franchise at end of December 1999 and started SEEFF Properties.
