One day program covers various aspects of software configuration
management. The hands on session will be done using CVS, or any other
tool being used by the organization.
Project Management:

day program covering the various finer aspects of project management.
The focus is on requirements, resources and risks and how to manage
them. Also, Critical Chain methodology and Earned Value methodology will
be discussed and used for hands on exercises.
